Maintaining effective long-distance relationships between Money Fellows and the existing clients.• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.• Repetitive loyalty visits to the clients with awareness sessions.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives.• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.• Working on boosting the penetration & conversion rates of the client's selling ratio

• Coordinating with account managers to maintain clients satisfaction.• Support and represent a link between clients' administrations and other company departments.• Providing clients with documents related to their insurance policies, reimbursement claims and claims financial documents.• Following up clients medical approvals requests & reimbursement claims status.

Managing social media pages and customers queries on it.

• Handling customers queries on products, processes, and policy information through inbound calls.• Educating customers with the requirements of reimbursement claims' documents, and claims status & medical approvals requests' status.
