Managed a team of over 30 highly skilled engineers to successfully complete various concurrent and sequential Enterprise Web based and mobile application releases including but not limited to.- Using MS project to author and present project schedules and timelines including intermediate deliverables within the project.- Authored project level documents such as project plans, device hazard and risk analysis documentation, project documentation trees and software change documentation for the FDA.- Committee member in defining standard operating procedures, development work instructions, cyber security risk management documentation and processes and authored secure software development policy documentation. - Planned and managed new product and sustaining projects, annual budgets in excess of 1 mil.- Identify, mitigate and/or manage project risks, communication plans, and change control board- Collaborated with internal quality and security groups to ensure products adhere to defined guidelines and policies and led corrective actions when needed to ensure compliance- Coordinates and manage project execution against the project plan, managing variances, providing direction to help streamline processes and communicating status to Program Core Team and Program Steering Committee.- Reviewed project deliverables such as requirements, design specs, unit tests, verification test plans, procedures, and reports.- Represented the software development team when interfacing with internal customers such as Program Management, Marketing, Clinical Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Production IT/Operations, and Customer Support, Senior Directors and VPs.
