About Mustafa Kadir

I'm the founder of Visgrow, a business that specialises in career coaching, internships and skills workshops. I have a strong passion in helping students and graduates get into the competitive Australian job market and thrive in their careers. I have over 15 years of experience across various industries including IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, Services, and Education sectors. I have held various roles over these years, including IT Engineer, Industry Consultant, General Manager, Vice-President, and Managing Director. Over these 15 years, I'm privileged to have built an extensive list of industry connections and have mentored hundreds of graduates to become successful in the job market, by helping them understand the power of personal branding, optimising their resume, building an active LinkedIn profile, preparing them for job interviews and showing them the secrets of the competitive job market.
