On 19 May 2019, he was elected president of the association and led it for two years, during which he developed Turkey's first participative digital democracy platform, dijitaldemokrasi.org.Committed to lifelong learning, Mustafa completed a certificate program at the Harvard Kennedy School, receiving his Public Leadership Credential. He is proficient in Turkish, English, and conversational in French. He enjoys playing the piano, reading books, writing essays, and participating in sailing competitions to enhance his teamwork skills.Mustafa currently lives in Ankara, Turkey, with his wife, newborn son, and dogs. He manages his businesses and contributes to Turkish democracy by actively participating in NGOs.
