Areté Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting high-potential youth who are limited by social and economic barriers in Bulgaria and the Balkans.As a Communication Expert at Arete Youth Foundation, my responsibilities include the following:- Develop and implement the Foundation's communication strategy;- Prepare information on the Foundation's work in Bulgarian and English and makes it accessible to a wider public, engaging as many supporters as possible;- Develop and update all advertising and communication materials: manuals, brochures, presentations, annual reports, etc.;- Establish and maintain effective communication with the media and foundation partners;- Maintain and develop social media channels, newsletter, website, and all other channels;- Participate in the organization of fundraising events or campaigns to promote the Foundation's activities.

While being a Vice President at the TEDxAUBG club I was holding the following responsibilities: supervising the internal operations in the club, facilitating the process of creating strong relationships with our partners, organizing diverse activities for boosting the team productivity, and monitoring the logistics around the organization of the TEDxAUBG annual conference.

While being a Treasurer at the TEDxAUBG club I was responsible for administrating all the invoice bills as well as finalizing the donor or sponsorship contracts that were signed with different companies or institutions. Alongside that, I was in charge of a team of six people. Together with them, we were researching companies and communicating the idea of TEDxAUBG by suggesting them to become our sponsors or donors. Part of my responsibilities was also to resolve conflict situations both within the team and the companies which we worked with.

The AUBG Business club is a student-run organization that aims to provide the student body of AUBG with the knowledge and skills needed in the fast-changing business environment by organizing diverse events on campus, such as marketing challenges, business conferences, and workshops. My role as a President of the club was to lead a team of 28 people separated into five departments: Design, Logistics, Social Media, Speakers, and Sponsorship. Together with the heads of the departments, we created a strategic plan for the development of the club for the academic 2018/19 year. I was in charge of monitoring the process of implementing the set agenda for the club development. Moreover, I was responsible for administrating all the documentation, expediting the process of building strong relationships with potential partners, supervising the logistics around the organization of the planned events, and organizing various activities for improving the team spirit and efficiency.

During my internship, I helped with developing the National Housing Strategy and partially administered the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multi-Family Residential Buildings.
