-Responsible for the overall success of the project engineering &execution activities in line with the projects goals.-Responsible for the management of all consultants and MEP contractors during the design,tender and construction till commissioning and handover. -Liaise with all stake holders (main contractors, consultants and internal departments) -Ensuring that the quality of materials and installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project.-Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day to day running projects.-Coordinate with various departments in the organization to ensure that the project is receiving proper and timely support.-Review with the planning manager the detailed programs for the execution of the project and ensure that the program is adhered to.-Implement all aspects of the project quality management system.-Responsible for MEP systems, all aspects-design, function, installations, testing,Commissioning and coordination with other trades.-Maximize the project margin and add value to the construction process by pro-active involvement in supervision, procurement, cost management and reporting.-Prepares recommendations regarding procurement, programming and constructional cost.-Reviewing the manpower requirements for the project.-Provide solution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline, coordinates application of solutions. -Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedules within the assigned discipline.
