I have had the privilege of being retained as counsel in disputes involving the Constitution of Pakistan; Enforcement of Fundamental Rights, Questions impinging upon Political Thicket, Presidential References, Disqualification of Prime Ministers, Eligibility / Qualification of National Leaders and Role of the Judiciary, Panama Papers, Challenges to Legislative Instruments, Declaration of Financial Emergency, Dissolution of Parliament, Imposition of Martial Law, Unconstitutional Removal of Judges and the Right to Franchise. I have also represented Federal & Provincial Governments in disputes involving of land acquisition, infrastructure projects worth billions of dollars such as Metro Trains, Establishment of Independent Power Projects, Solar Power Projects, Road & Toll Projects, etc. I have remained a Member of the Cabinet for the province of Punjab whilst officiating as the Advocate General. I represent local and foreign investors / companies in disputes such as taxation, contracts, services and intellectual property other than civil laws and white collar. I have assisted in developing public sector policies and Statutes. I appear in disputes relating to Environment & Climate Change. I represent companies against Regulatory Captures and Ingresses. I act as an arbitrator and as a litigator in local & foreign arbitrations. My humble role as an advocate has been recognised by Judges and the Bar.
