• Read and interpret engineering drawings (CATIA), blueprints, charts, and tables.• Program computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, set up and adjust production machinery.• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.• Verify dimensions of machined tools and parts using precision-assuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometers, depth gauges, CMM, etc.• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.

• Investigate the viability, functionality, design, and efficiency of mechanisms, parts, and systems. • Plan and oversee projects, create reports, estimate materials, costs, and schedules.• Create design requirements for equipment and systems; oversee and monitor the installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical systems. • Create programs, timetables, and standards for maintenance, and provide industrial maintenance staff direction.• Examine any mechanical malfunctions or unforeseen maintenance issues.• Oversee technologists, technicians, and other engineers while approving and reviewing cost estimates, calculations, and designs.• Participating in periodic meetings with a multidisciplinary team to enhance team performance by reducing gaps in communication between the technical, marketing, and finance departments.• Building fruitful partnerships with foreign manufacturers to establish assembly lines, and coordinating all packaging and final production processes.
