Ensuring the follow-up of timely rectification of all non-conformity findings resulting from internal/external audits in the departments and shops,Reporting all significant non-conformity findings including failure to comply with corrective actions,Providing regular information on quality and compliance matters,Close co-operation with the dept.heads to properly address quality deficiencies and to assist in developing effective corrective actions,Preparation and approval of the annual audit plan,Carrying out the quality audits as per approved audit plan, monitoring and evaluating the quality system,Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality audit system,Obtaining SHGM/EASA approvals; sustaining, renewing and extending the same as necessary,Liasion with SHGM/EASA when and as necessary, following up SHGM/EASA legislation updates and review of their impact on approved production organisation,Preparing for and support of SHGM/EASA and customer audits,Ensuring the evaluation and follow-up of occurrence reporting and the performance of necessary investigations, including coordination with SHGM/EASA and Design Organisations,Monitoring of the supplier management activities and subcontractor authorisations,Ensuring that neccessary staffing for quality department acitivites,Ensuring quality staff receive appropriate training, as required, to ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology, organization procedures and human factor matters.
