I work as the Entertainment and Events Manager at Karavansaray Turkistan Hotel. As part of my duties, I manage the organization of concerts, cultural, ethnic, and theatrical shows held at our hotel. Additionally, I also coordinate the theatrical boat show that is only available on the boats located at our hotel.I am responsible for making necessary plans for festivals and concerts to ensure that events run smoothly. I need to have knowledge of different cultures and music genres, and due to my extensive knowledge in this area, I am able to perform my job well.Another important aspect of my job is to carry out my work in accordance with our hotel's customer satisfaction-oriented service approach. In this regard, I endeavor to consider customers' requests and expectations to ensure that they have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

In my role at Land of Legends, I was responsible for managing 30 boats and 18 captains for both a tourist hotel and theatrical boat parade shows. Throughout this experience, I was able to develop my skills in team collaboration, business management, and organizational planning. I also supervised the captains and handled the navigation of the boats for the shows. This experience allowed me to enhance my skills in coordinating between different departments and completing tasks on time.

I managed the operations of two restaurants, Etiler Marmaris and Taksim Marmaris. The total number of employees in these two restaurants was 40, and my responsibility was to ensure that the services provided in the restaurants were carried out perfectly and flawlessly.My responsibility in these businesses required the coordination of a series of services. I carried out many tasks such as ensuring that the staff performed their duties correctly, keeping the dining areas constantly clean, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the continuity of the restaurant.Managing tasks such as staff training, restaurant cleanliness, supply chain, kitchen coordination, customer satisfaction, and much more was a great responsibility for me. However, while carrying out these tasks, I aimed to provide the best service for the success of the businesses by working closely with my staff.In addition to my experience, these responsibilities have helped me develop my leadership, time management, organization, communication, and customer service skills, which I can apply successfully in my other jobs.

Derin Mavi Doğa Parkı was a business I founded. Our business not only sold pet supplies but also live animals and fish. Located in the Lara region of Antalya, our business was awarded as the best pet shop in Antalya at that time.Additionally, we had a production section for aquarium fish in our storage area, consisting of 150 aquariums. Fish were produced in this section and shipped throughout Turkey. One of the most important factors behind the success of our business was the careful attention paid to the health of the animals. By carefully caring for the health and happiness of our animals, we provided our customers with quality service.Furthermore, we also placed importance on environmental protection in our business activities. Specially-designed natural habitats were part of our business in order to preserve the beauty of nature. By offering live animals and fish in a natural environment to our customers, we demonstrated our respect for nature.Our business achieved a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality service to our customers. I worked as a responsible manager and production manager in this fish production factory. My duty was to ensure that fresh fish were cleaned according to hygiene rules, transformed into appropriate products, and packaged for shipment.During my duty, I closely followed every step of the production process and took all necessary measures to carry out quality control. Additionally, I worked in cooperation with factory employees to ensure that the production process progressed efficiently and smoothly.

I worked part-time at Magicbox Production company for setting up sound, visual, and lighting systems for congresses and conferences. While working in this job, I collaborated closely with conference and event organizers to set up stage and sound systems that meet their needs.In addition, installation of visual systems and operation of devices were also part of my job. Within this scope, I gained experience in the installation and use of projection devices, LED screens, camera systems, lighting systems, and many other equipment.In case of technical problems arising during conferences and events, I worked to quickly intervene and solve the problem, ensuring smooth continuation of the events.Working at Magicbox Production helped me gain valuable experience in the event production industry. When Sealanya, Turkey's first swiming with aquarium fishes facility, opened, I worked as a fisheries engineer during the installation phase and also trained dolphins. During this process, I was responsible for feeding and caring for tropical aquarium fish, sharks, and stingrays. I took all necessary measures to ensure that the fish had a healthy and happy life.Additionally, I participated in the training and shows of 11 dolphins. During this process, I became an expert on many topics such as the health, nutrition, and training of dolphins. By applying different training techniques according to the behavior of the dolphins, I ensured that they exhibited their natural behaviors.During my time at Sealanya, I also took care to protect nature. In this context, I worked to protect natural habitats and to keep fish in their natural living conditions. I also took care to maintain hygienic conditions in the facility, ensuring that visitors could experience marine life in a healthy way.My experience at Sealanya has enabled me to specialize in both fisheries engineering and dolphin training. Furthermore, I have gained a great deal of knowledge about topics such as nature conservation and maintaining hygienic conditions. These experiences have strengthened me to succeed in my future endeavors.
