-Reporting directly to Senior Manager-Analysis of HR Data by creating standards -Creating dashboards and HR metrics by using ad-hoc reports-Executing hiring, termination, horizontal move, promotion, and any action related to HR policies on SAP HR/Workday-Leading the transition to Workday in the local team-L1 Support in Workday bug and defect fix-Taking part in global testing teams before implementing Workday Modules: Learning, HCM, Absences, Talent, Performance & Feedback, and Reporting-Creating and maintaining personnel files-Handling of monthly payroll and SGK process for 250+ employees in all legal entities in Turkey-Completed local and global audits with 0 findings in SOC 1 and ISO27001-Administrating and following up on benefit policies on a local and global scale-Managing onboarding and offboarding process-Conducting expatriation process-Being 1st point of contact concerning all issues related to labor relations and employee experience for 250+ employees-Ad-hoc support to Talent team with headhunting for open positions and conducting screening calls/phone interviews for R&D profiles such as Business Analyst, Software Development Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineers-Being 100% compliant with local and company GPDR-Creating content for Employer Branding by using Adobe Photoshop and being the first point of contact with university career activities
