Iraq Hospital Construction Projects

I worked as a construction site manager for the subcontractor Doruk Teknik in the city hospital project under construction by Rönesans Holding in Gaziantep. During my tenure, the fine manufacturing of the main hospital consisting of 5 blocks and 25 sections, the physical therapy and rehabilitation center consisting of 3 blocks and 15 sections, and the provincial health directorate building of 1 block were completed with a total of 8 technical personnel. The hospital became operational with the participation of more than 100 workers working under me. .

Burkina Faso / Ouagadougou Hotel ConstructionEBOMAF GROUP, BURKINA FASO• Responsible for and manage follow-up production and project details, payments and quality control for the 5-star Grand Hotel Project, which is about to be completed in Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso in West Africa• Act as quality control specialist for sub-contractor site iron production control, mould production control, concrete casting controls, quantity and progress payment controls, for the Jolly Hotel residence project in Ouagadougou• Troubleshoot situations and provide recommendations for the quality control• Manage, report, and create daily quality control reports

• Acted as a Tower Manager in Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus Project undertaken by SCI-JV partnership• Acted as Block Supervisor in Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus project• Performed coarse and final works on a block basis (consisting of B1+8 4 BLOCKS); Manufacturing controls of sub-contractors, delivery processes, work planning, organization and progress• Supervised correspondence and communication with Ministry of Health, necessary OHS responsibilities

• Supervised, managed and took responsibility for several projects including: Adana Judicial Palace, Samsun State Hospital building construction, Yozgat City hospital and Adana City hospital• Acted as Field Control Supervisor for Aspen Yapı ve Zemin A.Ş.'s 45,000 M2 Suspended Ceiling Application in the 475 Bed Yozgat City Hospital• Acted as Field Control Supervisor for Aspen Yapı ve Zemin A.Ş.'s 120,000 M2 Suspended Ceiling Application in the 1550 Bed Adana City Hospital• Successfully implemented and delivered these projects to the contractors on time of before the deadline and delivered according to the quality control of NKY (Ministry of Health consultant)

Projects: Universities, Campuses, Ministry of Justice Adana District Courts where I performed rough field work and trim work.• Managed the team, organized daily work and schedules, monitored and controlled work, quality and payment progress• Tasks performed: Excavation control, foundation and upper elevations, iron production control and delivery, mold production control and delivery, site control of Interior wall and exterior walls, concrete casting, roof frame and manufacturing plastering, landscaping and door/window installation etc.
