• Contract management of LTSA for operation and/or maintenace (including all site and depot level maintenances) of more than 20 powerplants with total installed capacity over 2.500 MW in 5 different countries located in Middle East, East Europe and Asia• Accomplished more than 60 major maintenances and projects in 8 different countires including; Site level planned and unplanned inspection, repairs, module exchange etc., Depot Level planned and unplanned maintenances such Hot Section Modules repair, Major Overhaul, CORE module repairs etc., Steam turbines majoroverhaul, repair of BOP equipments, Geearbox overhaul, Generator major inspections, rehabilitation and upgrade projects, de-commissioning / commissioning of powerplants etc.• Marketing and contacting with possible customers and projects to introduce our company• Following and participating public and private tenders• Making cost analysis, preparing and submitting proposals to customers/ tenders with tailor-made solutions according to demand of customers for maintenance and/or operation, commissioning, upgrade and rehabilitation of powerplants• Negotiation with customers regarding the proposals• Preparing contracts for LTSA and one-time services/projects in coordination with legal department• Project management and optimization for site and depot level maintenance activities, commissioning, de-commissioning of powerplants (including in-house repairs&labor, outsource repairs&services, purchasing parts,transportation and customs process etc.) in order to complete projects with least cost and the besttechnical compliance• Coordination activities of internal departments (engineering, finance, accounting, logistic, purchasing departments etc.), outsource suppliers and customers in order to complete projects within committed period/TAT and projected budget.• Discussing and negotiation with OEM and/or approved repair facilities, parts suppliers (GE, MTU, IHI, Chromalloy, Siemens, THY Technic, Brush etc.) on technical and commercial details of repairs, purchasing of parts, modules• Management of insurance claims after big failures and outages• Leading business development projects including establishing and management of cooperation agreements, joint ventures with local and global companies• Preparing and submitting reports to customers to show the progress /results of projects• Preparation and management of annual and project basis budgets• Collecting feedback from customers and evaluating them in order to gain maximum customer satisfaction
