Ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. 1- Process optimization by analyzing existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes and optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in addition to collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow. 2- Production planning by developing and implementing production schedules and plans collaborating with production teams to ensure timely and efficient production output and balancing production capacity with demand and adjusting plans as necessary. 3- Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems by implementing lean manufacturing principles and other improvement methodologies and encouraging a culture of innovation and efficiency within the production team. 4- Quality Control by monitoring and ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications and implementing quality control measures to identify and rectify defects or deviations, also collaborating with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. 5- Documentation and Reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and generating reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics besides providing regular updates to management on production status and potential issues.6- Cost Management by analyzing production costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing cost-effective measures without compromising product quality. 7- Environmental Sustainability by Implementing environmentally sustainable practices in production processes and Identifying opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of production activities.

•Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organization goals and customer demands.•Responsible for Production Process Optimization by Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within Production lines.•Analyze and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes to prevent disruptions and delays in production.•Apply Lean manufacturing principles (5s and Kaizen) to drive continuous improvement in modular production processes. •Maintain accurate records of modular production activities, including process parameters, quality data, and equipment maintenance logs.•Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure availability of raw materials and components.•Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that modular components and final products meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.•Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety among the modular manufacturing team.

•Responsible for achieving 100% of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. • Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. • Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis). • Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules. • Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. • Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. • Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan. • Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste • Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances. • Analyzes daily production rates and monitors any drop in productivity, with assessment and solving of cause if drop.
