I'm a physicist (Civilingenjör Teknisk Fysik) that continues to grow because I can be better; I'm self-motivated and will only continue to improve. I don't compare myself with anyone; I know I can be better, and I don't know it all, but I can damn sure learn it all.I accept failure as part of the process, but I don't take it passively. I utilise it as a basis to grow; because setbacks and failures are inevitable; how one handles those challenges truly matters and sets one apart from the rest, one must have tenacity.The old saying;The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.I am adaptable; I adjust to the situation, learn new things, and try new methods; we live in an ever-evolving world.I'm self-confident in my ability while understanding that I don't know everything and am a work in progress. Also, I constantly seek out other inputs and feedback because I recognise that I don't have all the answers, and the aggregated intelligence and experience of the people around me; far outweigh my knowledge and experience.Besides that, to make more educated decisions, one needs the perspectives and views of others.For my master I choose the Machine Learning master's, which carries some degree of responsibilities; therefore, you don't only need to adhere to what is legal but also what is right.Under my current assignment at Knowit, I wrote a script (python + bash) that lookup acronym that returned the results. One drawback is that the returned list may contain multiple hits in the order found. Therefore, a proposal for implementing an NLP model to order the outcome based on the context given by the user, which I am developing with two other talented ML engineers from the office.Under my onboarding, my team got a high-value job started by another group a couple of months ago with a short deadline. My team needed to dive into the project quickly.To increase the chances of success, I offered to take a more passive role to free up resources and jump back in when they were up and running.While they were catching, I assigned myself tasks that were not urgent.We know that; positivity breeds positivity, while negativity begets more negativity for the team.One possesses the emotional strength to dimmer your emotions in the direction needed for the best of the team.
