I worked as a sales and technical support engineer for motion control products. It was among my tasks to decode the correct product and integrate it into the system by making the necessary calculations in all pneumatic and electric motion systems.

At Valeo, I worked on a project to convert machining systems that are being operated by the operator into a robotic system. i carried out the tasks of selecting all automation materials, including robots, placing orders for selected products, supplying and tracking. I have been involved in the layout work of the system that will be created with all the details in mind, in this direction, I first simulated the robot in the Robotstudio environment, determining the I/O list to be used in the system, presenting it to the company that will make the PLC software, planning and monitoring the progress of the project in accordance with the plan.

As a contractor for ABB China, I worked on the Tofaş 356 Fiancarte Line (Bodyside) line consisting of 42 Comau robots, robotic improvement in spot & arc welding and SCA sealant applications, cyle time, software error correction and Standby service. In addition, I was responsible for fixing all problems that occurred on the line for 8 hours a day while production was ongoing. As a Process Automation contractor, I took part in the programming of pvc coating robots in the Tofaş paint shop department. I took part in writing a pvc coating program for each vehicle, which includes 8 different vehicle models, and also in conducting quality studies.I took part in the programming of the Renault Clio door hemming line robots after the transportation process, which are the subcontractors of Ons Makina. I took part inthe commissioning of the Fanuc robot spindle project at Corvac company.

I have been worked on designing, manufacturing and commissioning of robotic automation systems.I was especially involved in spot welding application panel design and assembly tasks. I took traning trained in Yaskawa robot programming. I have been worked in electrical assembly in the carbon fiber coating project, which is a TUBITAK project, to protect against radar.

I've been involved in the preparation of automation software, the creation of automation schemes, the preparation of the automation board, and the commissioning.

I was involved in the commissioning of the electrical installations of the fixture.
