- Globally unique project with End to End (Access, Core, ISP) customer complaint correlation & technical support enhancing Customer experience via an Inbound/Outbound Contact Center for 2.0m+ Fixed Broadband subscribers within FTTx, VDSL and ADSL Technologies.- Over 100+ staffs distributed across multi-supplier as sourcing model.- Collaboration with supporting teams (HR, WFMs & Quality) to ease all risks which affects the operations. - Support customization of STC technology tools and OSS/BSS platforms to improve Customer experience.- Advance skills on Reporting and presentation Tools.

- End to End Network alarms correlations (FTTx, VDSL and ADSL Technologies) with faults trends and take required action accordingly.- Acting as Technical SPOC to STC Field Operation with all xNOC teams and other inter-related teams. - Coordinate with all xNOCs team regarding any major Network Outages and strictly following-up till issue is resolved.- Monitoring team performance and improving their capability and skills to meet Business needs.- PLAN & ACTIONS to meet the required KPIs and SLAs.- Monthly Analysis of Customer complaint Trends, Broadband Fault Rates, High Repeat causes/Nodes, Service impact co-relation analysis due to Network Access/Core/ISP layers.

- End to End Network alarms surveillance (FTTx, VDSL and ADSL Technologies) via different NW tools as ( SaudiNet, OPNET, AMS, NMS, Infovista ) - Following up with all xNOCs team regarding any major Network Outages, troubleshooting with technician if needed. - Train the team with any upgrades or new implemented tools within the scope of work.- Monthly Analysis of Customer complaint Trends, Broadband Fault Rates, High Repeat causes/Nodes, Service impact co-relation analysis due to Network Access/Core/ISP layer

- Surveillance FTTx Network Alarms on hourly basis.- Troubleshooting via vendor Tools (AMS, NMS U2000, Alepo and Cisco with Client's IT Team to resolve any non-physical issues.- Following up with VIP's TTs till the confirmation of customer.- Report/Escalate any repeated VIP outages to concern NOC Team to ensure service stability.- Monthly report for repeated Sites/Nodes and escalated to concern teams.

- Monitor and validate Technicians work on Field and ensure it meets agreed WI. - Assigning Loads to Technicians.- Attendance report of Technicians.- Follow up Technician pending cases with support Teams.- Direct interaction and solve any misunderstanding or concern of customers and get his satisfactions,
