• Gained the experience to work on various software such as SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Autodesk ArtCAM, RDWorks, Inkscape and Cypcut, using numerous types of machines such as Fiber Laser Cutting Machines CNC (3kW, 6kW), Plasma, CNC Router and Lathe.• Design 2D, 3D, Sheet metal, Surface, Weldment, Rendering, Simulation and Motion Studies Models using SOLIDWORKS for realistic virtualization.• Prototyped, integrated, assembled, tested and released into production a new and improved product. • Design products Drawing's as well as Nesting for Laser Cutting Machine CNC. • Design and prepare detailed production/shop drawings and presentations of required products.• Review and study products requirements data in order to determine the design procedures needed to generate and release digital and hardcopy printouts related to the engineering and manufacturing requirements.• Interpret project requirements and design specifications to create efficient laser cutting and engraving programs.• Communicate with production and quality control engineers for fast and accurate implement of designs.• Prepare CAD / DXF files for CNC laser cutting and engraving/marking while optimizing for best cutting quality, lowest machine time and least material waste by adjusting parameters such as laser power, feed rate, lens focus based on material type, thickness, and desired results.• Modify designs to correct operating and production issues.• Meet with officers and managers to review designs and alter as needed.
