- Preparation of annual/monthly budget and forecast in accordance with corporate guidelines- Regularly providing the management with BP, forecast versus actual analysis and explanations for the variances- Actively support preparation of IFRS financials- Involved in process and profit improving financial analysis based on in-depth understanding of the business- Developing and implementing new reporting requirements- Supporting related business units/departments on financial issues and decisions.- Closely working with all other Business Units

-Involved in the audit of multinational and local companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Capital Market Board (SPK) Principals.-Leading and coordinating external audit engagements in iron & steel, insulation, furniture, trade,software, construction, white appliances companies and automotive in Turkey-Conducted walkthrough interviews and inquiries with a view to gaining an understanding of client processes, the flows of transactions, and key controls with which to test their design, implementation, and overall operating effectiveness-Analyzing changes in internal audit controls and determining proper audit methods.(SOX & Process Audit )-Performing pre-audit activities including risk awareness and control efficiency.-Coordinating the audit teams in testing and analyzing the financial data and statements of firms from various sectors under predefined standards and deadlines.
