Here's a summary of the projects involved and supported within the project group:• Solid Waste Collection Activities and Duties Database Design and Applications: This project involved developing applications for processes such as personnel, vehicle, and area assignments, garbage container activities and conditions, personnel periods, leave and record information, as well as determining regions and areas.• HR Module: This module focused on processing personnel's personal information, conducting personnel-based transactions such as promotion, leave, cadre, and asset declaration, preparing payroll, preparing pension fund and social security institution e-declarations, creating e-tax returns, tracking service and timekeeping information, and facilitating progress payment transactions in institution-related companies.• Applications were developed for file and document tracking processes, maintaining records as e-archive, and facilitating marriage and wedding procedures for citizens applying to the institution.• E-Municipality Applications: A web application was developed to allow taxpayers to conduct their transactions online and complete their payments.• Integration for E-Government Services: Web service applications were developed to enable institutions to provide their services within the e-government framework.• Presidency Module: Applications were developed to enable institution presidents and authorized users to track appointments and events.• AVSIS (Smart Cashier Systems): Backend application development was carried out for AVSIS, a system enabling institutions to handle property and other taxes, water charges, and water advance payments, working on kiosk devices and based on SOAP web services. Applications were developed to enable institutions to perform revenue-generating transactions more easily in mobile environments, such as mobile water and mobile marketplace applications, which can operate on handheld terminals as well as tablets.
