Strategic leadership and management of the entire operations of the Trust in the areas of Health, Education, Arts and Culture. Heading the AMANTECH Projects Department responsible for the development and execution of projects leading to the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.Development of business plans and working with the AMANTECH Board for the development of short-term and long-term business strategy.Work closely with leading industry partners and provide them with consultancy and customized corporate training services for the upskilling of their technical staff.Led the implementation of Cooperative Vocational Training Program (CVT) at AMANTECH as part of its collaboration with GIZ under the TVET Reform Support Program.Led the USAID funded project to train and employ 3600 students with selected technical trades over a period of three years.Led the launch of Demand Driven Trades with the introduction of Stitching Machinist Trade in collaboration with Yunus Textile Mills, Offset Printing Trade in collaboration with Pakistan Association of Printing and Graphic Arts Industry (PAPGAI) and Body and Paint Trade in collaboration with Indus Motors resulting in training and placement of graduates with leading industry players.Collaborated with the training and development team at K-Electric to develop a technical training platform for providing customized trainings to K-Electric’s technicians and linemen at AMANTECH premises.Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Client management and engagement delivery for projects and programs to ensure quality deliverables are submitted to the client on time and as per contractual agreements.Responsible for maintaining and controlling project financials, grant management, procurement policies, risk management and regulatory compliance to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline and budget.Management of relationship with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract.Responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders on project updates, develop relationship with officials in public and private sectors and establish public private partnerships as required for the assignment.Provide strategic guidance to the overall organization with reference to business development by exploring new markets and initiating new programs.Identification of opportunities in the development sector and responding to proposals funded by donor funding agencies operating in Pakistan including USAID, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and UNDP.
