- Taking the responsibility of current management of projects sales and contractual sales in the domestic market,- Supervising 10-member sales staff, including 8 sales specialist, 2 architectural designer,- Assigning sector analysis reports, market development projects to 10 staff members and evaluate their performance,- Responsible of managing the project/contractual sales of all building materials group in domestic market, which corresponds to % 30 of the annual sales.

The determination of sales strategies for the Vitra Fix brand, expansion of the customer network, establishment of the dealer channel, and development of promotions are managed by my department, along with an 8-person sales team.Additionally, we handle the determination of supply conditions and the creation of sales strategies for external supplier products of Eczacıbaşı İntema Stores, such as Siemens, Gaggenau, Miele, Hüppe, Kabinet, Smeg, Franke, Blanco, and others, with a separate team of 2 people.We ensure profitability analysis of all supplied brands, regular reporting to upper management, and the creation of necessary action plans.In addition to these, determining the sales strategies for the retailing and dealer channel of İntema, which is the largest supplier of brands like Kale Kapı, Daikin Klima, and Hammam Radyatör, conducting marketing activities, conducting profitability studies, and achieving sales targets are our main business areas. We manage the sales and marketing of a channel worth 60 million with a team of 9 to 10 people.

The sales and marketing strategy of Vitra Fix construction chemicals brand in Turkey was determined, campaigns and promotions were planned, new dealerships were established, and the capacities of existing dealers were increased. The sales team of 8 people managed dealership and project management throughout Turkey. Additionally, a new brand named VitrA Bond was created by collaborating with a different manufacturer for construction chemicals. The product range was determined, discussions were held with potential suppliers, the chosen company was finalized after the discussions, payment terms were agreed upon, and contracts were signed. The VitrA Bond brand has been added to the portfolio.
