Acting as the Director of Manufacturing in Ozanteks by crafting strategies to ensure effective operation of the company in accordance with the determined quality and cost targets in accordance with the production plans and schedules,• Managing the production operation in accordance with the determined schedules, projects and specifications as well as the coherence with the regulations and work instructions while ensuring that the outcomes are delivered timely,• Enabling the company to produce in accordance with work schedules, projects and specifications as well as the application instructions, business processes and standards while establishing a balanced workforce distribution between production units,• Monitoring the technological developments in the industry and take action while considering the applicability to the company technology and quality standards regarding the production techniques and production tools used,• Ensuring that the company production environment is free of problems technically by overseeing the technical problems regarding the machinery, electricity etc. and eliminate the occurred troubles in a timely manner to provide a smooth business flow,• Supervising the production activities and ensure continuous monitoring as well as determining the training and development needs of the employees to provide them developing environment aiming to attach importance to employee satisfaction as much as production quality.

• Administrating the research and development programs, identification of new products, planning and implementation of new programs and protocols while prioritizing to meet the company's organizational needs and managing the R&D department,• Leading the research and development activities that support the company activities by supervising the new product development process from planning to implementation while incorporating the new technologies and innovations to products and production process,• Supervising the research projects that are carried out by the R&D department by analyzing results and crafting strategies & recommendations based on the findings as well as evaluating the research projects to ensure that the researches are competed within the planned time and budget,• Monitoring the R&D workforce to build training programs in line with the need analysis to improve employee performance and productivity which will directly effect to the daily work environment and business quality.

• Executing respective business development management activities such as determining business development strategies, evaluating new projects and expanding the customer portfolio in line with the objectives and policies of the company, carrying out long term value creation activities by considering the dynamics in the market for the customer needs of the companies as well as planning the implementation of a defined business process,• Conducting researches and analysis aiming to support the improvement of business process and systems development as well as contributing to the creation of new projects by following industrial developments in line with the project & company objectives, • Investigating potential markets and trends in the market and establishing reports while monitoring and analyzing the competitor activities along with keeping the coordination with relevant business units to develop or determine strategies, • Managing the corporate strategy by following the economic and industrial trends & market studies and benefit from self-conducted consumer researches aiming to create innovative marketing and product management for the company,• Conducting preliminary research for targeted projects, analyzing investment opportunities, establishing feasibility and cost analysis studies, business plans, financing and resource models to ensure the identification of new business opportunities.

• Managing the ERP projects by implementing ERP strategies and ensuring the flow of operations as well as ensuring to meet the needs of the business and managing the enterprise technology architecture while coordinating with senior management in a timely manner,• Delivering complex ERP engagement and implementing creative business & technology Solutions regarding the projects while managing the engagement risk, project economics, accounts receivable, planning and budgeting,• Overseeing the ERP solution implementation by acting as a mentor while ensuring that the ERP system provides proper business Solutions and accurate results in line with the project/environmental requirements,• Following up the data processing modules and identifying areas of improvements along with providing procedures and reports to determine and clarify the data integrity issues in a timely manner.
