- Responsible for managing all the different budgets for The Station's programs/projects, including forecasting, allocations, and monitoring expenditures. - Assess the market needs and challenges to design tailored programs/projects and activities to address them.- Networking and building the connections of The Station with private sector companies, the government, and the international community.- Lead The Station efforts for private-sector and economic policy reform.- Provide business insights, coaching, and mentorship for the businesses in The Station's Coworking space and The Station sponsors.- In less than one year, I have been able to secure 500,000 USDs of funding to The Station, through building connections and designing programs with multiple organizations like USAID, GIZ, and the EU. - I have managed the Programs Team to scale up the size of The Station activities and outreach efforts, reaching more than 10k young Iraqis between 2021 and 2022. - Developed and implemented the strategy of expanding The Station into two governorates successfully. - Designed and implemented a new internal communication system that improved the productivity of the institution by 30%.
