I love to find potential leaders, train, enable and lead them for better communities.Since 2015 I have been working as an Agile Program Manager with a demonstrated background of working in the Education sector. Since 2017 I have been a leadership trainer who designs and facilitates learning experience in leadership, community organizing, and storytelling.I managed and integrated large projects with more than 35 team members in 10 departments, 20 nationalities, 1M$ Budget, working with located, distributed, and dispersed teams.Over 10 years, I led 30000 youth and intervened through different activities to improve their Educational and Social conditions through campaigning, building relationships, and strategizing. Organized 11 campaigns and enabled more than 150 teams from more than 40 different nationalities.I teach Leadership and Storytelling [Public Narrative], and Community Organizing by Professor Marshall Ganz @ Harvard Kennedy School.Also, I design, coach, and facilitate online community organizing and Storytelling Workshops, with CARE International Egypt, Takamul Al-tanmeya in Saudi Arabia, Ahel in Jordan, and LCN Europe.
