-Responsible of Param's vPOS merchant products and platforms; PF, Virtual POS, Physical POS, -Marketplace Solution, Pay by link (ParamTIK), Easy Checkout Solution, Merchant Internet Branch, Merchant Digital Onboarding-Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy that dictates the overall design and development of new products and/or partnerships needed to generate significant, new revenue stream,-Create and implement product strategies to acquire new merchants or increase sales to existing merchants.-Partner with analyst and development teams to define detail product requirements and specifications.-Determining business priorities in line with product strategy and backlog management with analysis teams.-Analyzing consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships and creating new products.

-Ensuring the follow-up of responsible corporate customer processes, meeting their demands andcomplaints and forwarding them to the relevant units.-Following up the process to solve problems received from customers and in the field, and ensuringcustomer communication upon completion of the process.-Managing end user tests regarding developments made by IT.-Reporting requests, problems and interventions from the field to senior management,-Creating and documenting the processes for requests received through the sales and marketingdepartment.

-Providing Level 1 - Level 2 support for Ingenico new generation cash register customers.-Providing back office support to field operations personnel.-Following up the process to solve problems received from customers and in the field, and ensuringcustomer communication upon completion of the process.-Reporting requests, problems and interventions from the field to senior management.
