1. I work with the organization's Country Directors, Finance Departments and executive leadership to develop operations and marketing plans for each country. 2. I develop and maintain relationships with the organization's key stakeholders and customers, primarily in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the World Bank. This gives me an opportunity to better learn about our customers' formal and informal interests. 3. I work with our technical staff and consultants to develop the technical aspect of each programs within the international humanitarian guidelines. 4. After compiling all of the necessary information, I write proposals and develop the necessary financial budgets.

1. Initiated, developed and executed and managed food security and nutrition, food-for-work, construction, micro-credit, seismic hazard reduction and other development programs. 2. Led and developed the process of annual financial forcasting, budgeting and analysis for the country operations. 3. Developed and maintained relationships with the organization's key stakeholders, including the Embassy of Japan, the European Union, the Embassy of the United States, the World Bank, the United Nation agencies, the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Tajikistan. 4. Led the staff development and training in rurual and urban community development, application of international humanitarian guidelines.
