In my role, I take the lead on all technical aspects of the video systems within Amazon Studios. My responsibilities are diverse and dynamic, encompassing various critical functions:• Global Architecture Design and Implementation: I manage the architecture design and implementation of video systems across Amazon Studios locations worldwide, spanning the US, Canada, and the UK. This includes both existing studios and new facilities, where I strive to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance content production.• Global Video Routing Management: I have taken ownership of a crucial project responsible for managing video routing on a global scale, enabling color reviews and edit reviews. This project has streamlined our operations and paved the way for expansion, allowing us to grow and adapt to evolving industry demands.• System Design and Vendor Procurement: I lead system design efforts, working closely with vendors to procure the best solutions for Amazon Studios. This involves extensive negotiations and discussions to ensure that our technical infrastructure aligns with our vision and objectives.• Project Management and System Integration: I actively engage with system integration companies to bring our projects to life. This involves end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that we achieve our goals efficiently and effectively.

As part of the Broadcast Engineering team, I played a key role in building the new tech facility for Fox in Tempe, AZ. My responsibilities in this role included:• SME Engineer for Mediator-X: I was in charge of installing, testing, and supporting every part of the Mediator-X cloud and on-prem playout system, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.• Lead SME for QA Environment Design: I led the design and installation of a QA environment that mimics the production media delivery environment at Fox. This involved testing playout on the cloud using AWS Direct Connect Flows and the AWS New Cloud Digital Interface (CDI) network video transport protocol, and integrating with media suppliers.• 2110 IP-Based Video System Support: I supported the 2110 IP-based video system in the facility, running on Evertz EXE Magnum and Arista Network infrastructure, monitored by Dataminer NMS.• AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support: I supported the cloud infrastructure hosted in the AWS Cloud Environment, which included services like S3, EC2 with ASG, SQS, ELB, and Aurora DB. This involved running the playout system and integrating it with the Media Supplier Cloud-Based MAM system, following Fox security team guidance to ensure security and availability.• MAM and Media Supply Workflow Design: I collaborated with the Fox Media Cloud (the media supply team) to design and implement MAM and media supply workflows. Additionally, I investigated and improved/troubleshoot metadata or file supply integration issues.

Continue helping Think TV in their system upgrading and maintenance, by working Part-time and providing Engineering consulting. My role there include helping the engineering team by doing or advising the following:• Design and help with installing upgrade to the existing Grass Valley playout system.• Monitor and upgrade Avid Post-production workflow and the integration with the MAM and playout servers.• Support Master Control and making sure that everything works properly in Automation and GV K2 and design Visio Diagrams for the New Automation upgrade.

ThinkTV - the Dayton, Ohio PBS station - is the most widely used non-profit educational, cultural, and informational service in southwestern Ohio, My role there is:• Supporting the Avid production system that include two Media composer clients with Nitris Dx and Pro tools client with I/O that connected to EditShare storage unite and LTO tape archive, and the integration between the GV Video Server.• Support and Maintain Grass Valley K2 summit video server with 5 clients 4 channels each, and data storage unit that connected to other two small K2 summit one in the same site and the other is in WCET-Cincinnati.• Maintaining and support the Automation and archive storage environment by NVerzion, ProTrack traffic system, Evertz Time Sync Generator and GVG Video Switcher.• Assist in maintaining the station's television transmitters and related transmission equipment.

TMD is a leading provider of Media Supply Chain solutions for physical and digital content for the Media and Entertainment Industry. My role as Project and support engineer include:• Provide MAM systems Engineering support for world wide clients in the Broadcast and Media industry include Discovery, A&E and other high profile international corporations.• Log, update and track MAM workflows or software incidents and requests raised by clients, accurately documenting diagnosis, investigation and resolution of issues using CI/CD tools.• Escalate technical issues in the media supply workflows for customers, when needed by Communicate and subsequent follow-up and resolution, with engineers, developers and management in verbal and written form as appropriate.• Test and document Media Supply Workflows, software upgrades and bug fixes.• Work with the Project Teams to successfully implement new system installations and upgrades.• Support the sales team in pre-sales work such as demonstration of Mediaflex Media Supply platform functional and provide technical responses for sales requirement documents.
