-Monitor HSE&S performance indicators and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team as required-Manage companywide ESG issues.-Support line managers in the development and implementation of HSE&S systems, procedures, and training to comply with applicable AkzoNobel and regulatory requirements.-Develop and present relevant reports, position papers, memos, assessments on health, safety and environmental issues in order to enable Business Unit Senior Management.-Provide all HSE&S support to leaders and line managers at the site, to regional and sales offices promoting HSE culture and leadership.-Company Corporate HSE Auditor to conduct HSES audits at other 85 AkzoNobel sites in EMEA. (%5 of working time dedicated)-Company People Safety Expert Pool team member, conduct Behavioural Based Safety system setup and reviews for AkzoNobel EMEA sites. (%25 of working time dedicated)-Implement OneTurkeyHSE initiative for all AkzoNobel sites (one in İstanbul, two in Izmir-Perform operational eco-efficiency assessments and exploit efficiency projects to reduce resource consumption.-Implement and monitor use of safe work systems, e.g. Permit to Work, Standard operation procedures, Management of Change, LOTOTO and other key safety processes.-Implement Behaviour Based Safety process (BST)-Develop site designated employees in risk assessments, and support the execution of these assessments. -Lead and participate HSE&S Incident Investigations and Corrective Action Processes as applicable.

Management of occupational health and safety measures at Hydro-/ Wind- and Thermal Power Plants operated by EnerjiSA (joint venture of Verbund AG and Sabanci Holding) and new project construction sites (8 hyroelectrical power plant, one natural gas power plant (1000MW) and one wind farm. Total 2500 MW).Coordinating health safety and environmental engineers at project sites and HSE responsible engineers in power plants.Conducting periodic inspections/ observations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards make suggestions for preventive actions.Maintain company HSE risk inventory.Investigating and take appropriate actions concerning employee requests, complaints and concerns involving unsafe conditions/practices.Supporting the contract team in safety issues on new large scale construction projectsProvide necessary information input for monitoring reports to credit organisations such as IFC, World Bank etc.)Maintaining the company emergency action plan and provide training as needed.Company ISO 14000 Environmantal Management System Internal AuditorCompany ISO 9000 Quality Management System Internal Auditor.
