• Worked as a service supervisor and spares in-charge in saboo brothers(Force Motors) from September 2019 – Till now.• Sending the quotation request to vendors for stock and also fleet required parts in day to day and brake down operations.• Receiving Quotation from vendors as per fleet required and also for stock.• Preparing the purchase orders and send to the vendors.• Develops a purchasing strategy.• Reviews and processes purchase orders.• Manage the other members of the purchasing team.• Maintain Records of goods ordered and received.• Knowledge of Electronic parts Catalogue (EPC).• Reporting to the Management if have any Major issues in day-to-day operations.• Maintain Daily reports, Monthly Reports and MIS Reports.• Knowledge of K.P.I, M.I.S, E.P.C, C.I.S.
