Short story of my Startup:TechMatrick was born out of the passion of two software engineers working in leading multinational companies. BPM-Trained and worked with IBM Business Process Manager.-Designing and implementing Business Processes, Using BPM widgets and designing UIs, Integrating IBM BPM with various sources.-Worked with IBM Operational Decision Manager.ITIM-Trained for IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and GIAMA for ITIM.-Primary work involved Agile based development of new features for ITIM and debugging code for fixing bugs in existing code base, using rtc-jazz.-Technologies worked with includes Core Java language, Struts framework, DB2, IBM Directory Sever, WAS administration.Password Management-Prime role of researching, developing solution and coding the entire application, for a small scale client project.-Worked in core java, with most work based around password security, worked with various password dictionaries for cracking passwords.-Developed solutions to handle extremely large password dictionary files in java efficiently.-Developed a algorithm for password guessing.-Programmed in java for Parsing and Storing very complex datatypes into JDBC, Developed a REST based Java client for the application.-Other areas worked on includes working with GSON library, XML parsing using DOM parser in Java, Java String processing, JDBC, LDIF based java implementation for managing LDAP . ITIM Adapter development-Trained in IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator and ITIM's framework for agentless adapters.-Working using Agile methodologies and developing ITIM adapters for different endpoints.-Endpoints worked on, which includes study of the endpoint APIs and its User Management functionality: - VMware VCentre, i5/0S, IBM HMC, IBM Virtual I/O Server.-Developed custom adpaters in Java and Javascript based scripting in TDI.-Other areas worked on includes working with SOAP based webservices in Java, SSH based programming in Java, Using various adapters in TDI to manage endpoints, Working with Windows Powershell to manage Active Directory and Local Users/Groups.
