As an Industrial Engineer with an MBA, I have a track record of being called upon to address challenges in various departments within my company. I have experience in planning at both the strategic and operational level, and have worked in human resources, specifically in recruiting. Additionally, I am a skilled trainer, having led an MS Excel course at the Turkish Aerospace Academy, and am proficient in programming using Excel, VBA, and SQL.One of my proudest achievements was establishing the first team within Turkish Aerospace Human Resources to adopt an Agile HR approach using the SCRUM methodology. Currently, I am responsible for overseeing the Operational Development department, which includes teams focused on lean processes, continuous improvement, methods engineering, digital transformation in manufacturing, and quality management.In my free time, I am an early riser and enjoy engaging in sports or reading to increase productivity in all areas of my life. I am comfortable making independent decisions and adapting to change, and believe in the power of tolerance, positive thinking, and determination.
