Income generating, micro and value chains Job Duties • Participation of the project team in the selection and evaluation of beneficiaries of microfinance activities. • Implementation of the necessary technical trainings for the beneficiaries nominated to benefit from project financing activities • Participate in the selection of projects by evaluating the proposed projects. • Carrying out a field economic study for candidates to benefit from microfinance and the project's work environment. • Develop and follow up the procurement plan for the requirements of small projects, supervise the inspection and receipt activities of the requirements and ensure their supply to the beneficiaries in accordance with the specified requirements. • Supervise the progress of projects and follow them periodically to ensure their sustainability. • Continuously study the local market and monitor market requirements • Carrying out field visits to the institutions hosting the beneficiaries of the employment activities, to evaluate the performance of the work of the institutions and ensure that they benefit from the job opportunity • Writing and submitting periodic reports • Participate in the preparation of the executive plan (work plan) of the project activities according to the time plan Show less
