Working on RCA principle to eliminate process/human errors, quality measures and machine maintenance by introducing POKA-YOKE and low-cost automation. 9. Doing supplier visits to robust the quality standard on customer as well as supplier end. 10. Prepare and maintain all documents which required in ISO 9001:2015. 11. Diagnose origin of breakdowns, human errors and troubleshoot problems.
