Below is work that I currently complete or have had as a job duty in my PMA position: * Issue Subcontracts,Work Orders and Lien Releases.* Create Transmittals/Submittals/RFI's per request and create Submittal books.• Completed Daily Revenue, Weekly Revenue and Weekly Progress Reports • Manage Bid Board and Disperse Invitations to Bid, Addendums & Clarifications.• Receive calls and provide customer service to General Contractor’s for projects bidding.• Create Operation & Maintenance manuals • Create Weekly Safety Packets for Mechanical & Fire Protection divisions.• Complete Weekly Vehicle Maintenance Reports.• Bi-Monthly Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Reports.• Site visits, Walk-thru’s & Pre Construction Meetings: View equipment, systems, etc., compared to received schematics/drawings.• Download/Print Drawings.• Proficient usage of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.• Contract Setups & Reviews (All inclusive).• Job Cost Setup & Create Schedule of Values.• Issue/Track Purchase Orders.• Subcontract Change Orders.• Job Progress Over/Under Reviews of job budgets and hours.• Complete Equipment Warranties.• Quarterly Safety Meetings.• BUD locates.• Handle Confidential Information: MVR’s, Background Checks, DM info and Employee information• Utilize company vehicle for meetings and job site visits.• Train new employees on Field Work Center via IPad’s.• Technical/Instructional support to Foreman & Manager’s on IPad time entry, productivity and revenue reports.• Participate in Monthly Managerial Over/Under Meetings
