Design Industrial type Ceiling mounted Evaporators with a Refrigeration capacity of up to 60kW and an air throw of 45meters which are loaded with Defrost heaters or hot gas defrost system, drip tray heaters, fan ring heaters, Air streamers etc for Efficient cooling.8. Design the Multi circuit Floor mounted Evaporators for Blast Freezing application for the Fishing Industry clients, ranging from batch load of 1ton to 10 tons of fresh load with a pull down time of 6-8 hrs.9. Design the Control Panel for automatic operation of the Refrigeration system with Under Voltage relays, Phase Failure relays, Contactors for Compressors, Condenser fan motor, Evaporator Fan motor, Evaporator defrost, Solenoid Valve, Drain heater and other small electrical loads for a Cold Storage.10. 1. Design the layout of line of Equipments to be installed and commissioned under the HACCP / ASHRAE guidelines and required as per the tender BOQ and approved IFC drawings by the consultant.2. Study the Tender drawings for the Electro mechanical equipment to be installed in the Kitchen/Laundry area of a commercial building or an Industrial Facility.3. Co-ordination and Review of the MEP drawings and final IFC drawings with the MEP contractor and consultant during the Engineering phase of a project.4. Calculation of the Heat Load (kW) to be extracted from an enclosed cabinet to achieve an optimized design of the Refrigeration machines5. Attending kick off meetings and regular site meetings with the Contractors, Architects and Consultants to review designs and MEP load schedules.6. Calculation and preparation of Bill of Material required for executing the installation of Electro mechanical equipment on site.7. Preparation of site execution plan using the Project management tool and update the site progress with site reports on weekly basis.8. Perform daily site inspection to monitor the progress and ensure the project adheres to the set time schedule and the set quality standards.9. Monitor the Installation of the Electro Mechanical equipments as per the approved BOQ and IFC drawings10. Monitor Commissioning of the machines and ensuring they follow the HACCP standard upon full load condition. Preparation of the commissioning report for the installed machines in order to submit for Approval from the Operator, Architect, Consultant and Technical Manager.11. De-snagging during project completion and handover.12. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance during the DLP of the Installed equipments and Overhauling the Refrigeration compressors, Air Compressors, Ice machines, Heating elements, fully automated machines etc. upon breakdown during the DLP

1. Design of commercial and Industrial Refrigeration system using the DX type cycle working on the HFC gases.2. Design and Prepare the Refrigeration and MEP Schedule with Electrical loads of upto 300kW, for Municipality approvals.3. Design an optimized Refrigeration system by Preparing the Heat Load Calculation sheet using Keeprite software with Input parameters of Insulation thickness (mm), foam density, Air changes, product load, personnel load etc.4. Installation and Commissioning of Single and 2-stage Refrigeration machines from 0.5hp upto 60hp.5. Conduct preventive maintenance of Refrigeration systems installed with regular oil checks, Suction and discharge pressures, Refrigerant gas charge, replace filter driers etc.6. Overhauling of faulty compressors on performance related complaints and replacing the defective Valve Plates, Gaskets, Piston rings etc.7. Design and Prepare the IFC layered drawings, layouts and sectional drawings on Autocad 2010 for obtaining the approval of the consultant and Architect.8. Prepare a project execution plan adhering to the completion schedule and monitor it on weekly basis at suppliers’ factory and project site to ensure no delay.9. Do Project related Site Visits for reviewing the site readiness and ensuring the MEP provisions required for the Machines are provided by contractors.10. Obtaining approvals on the design layouts, machine selections, Heat load calculations (kW) and Electrical load (kW) design by the Lead Consultant, Architect and Technical Manager on the project.
