– Prepare documentation (P&ID, Datasheets, drawings…), and guarantee on-site technical assistance for all equipment numbering more than 500 (pumps, coolers, filters, PSVs, air, and nitrogen production).- Create work scopes and schedules to secure and maintain coverage for possible machine breakdowns (BH PGT 25+ turbines, Nuovo Pignone 2BCL506 centrifugal compressors, Cryostar turbo-expanders, and over 160 different rotating equipment).- Extensive knowledge of the maintenance of 5002 HDGT, LM2500, and PGT25 and their auxiliaries and starting systems. - Lead Clyde Union API 610 pumps repair and overhaul including but not limited to single, 3, and 14 stages horizontal and vertical pumps, as required to get equipment back to OEM specs and Service Site Quality Check Lists including repairing sealing systems (API 682), shaft alignment (Pruftechnik Rotalign), and start-up. - Inspection and analyses for the failure root cause of centrifugal pumps and compressors and their mechanical sealing and lubricating systems to provide technical solutions.

-Direct the maintenance cross-functional team composed generally of more than 10 technicians and engineers to ensure equipment repair and overhaul per production requirements, company objectives, and policies related to budget cost, and on-time delivery. - Assign jobs and create schedules to ensure and maintain coverage for possible machine breakdowns (rotating machines reliability increased by 10% in three years). - Attended plant TAR and shutdowns meetings with top management to prepare tasks and coordinate actions and deadlines with maintenance teams. - Coordinate maintenance activities during plant Turnaround (Oct 2020, the team achieved decennial overhaul of 159 pressure vessels maintenance in 35 days). - Send daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to top managers.- Member of ISO 50001:2018 steering committee in Sonatrach E&P/ Hassi-Messaoud.

- Developed shutdown plans through MS Project, prepared, reviewed and updated spares, consumables, and material requirements for all static and rotating equipment and tracked pre-shutdown preparations through weekly meetings (Train 01 & 02 in 2020, train 03, and utilities in 2021).- Lead all mechanical activities (rotating equipment, PSVs testing, and maintenance).- Tracked shutdown-related tasks (hydraulic testing of 159 pressure vessels per shutdown including three columns, three molecular sieve gas dehydrators, and seven heat exchangers) and maintained effective communication with the asset teams and shutdown Lead.- Worked and coordinated with NDT inspectors while working on pressure vessels and PSVs testing.

– Engaged within a turbomachinery technical team in two (02) scheduled major inspections of GE’s heavy duty gas turbines and more than five (05) gas lift centrifugal compressors overhauls.
