- Joined the founding team and headed creative production end-to-end. a true hands-on learning journey.- Punched above our weight into the US market lifting our creative standards to an international level. - our work was passed around; referrals became our norm. - we grew our team from 8 to 50 members all while the world had hit pause during the Covid lockdown. - we made some mistakes and failed fast. kept our learnings and moved on.

- led a single-man team to create animation and product films for brand engagement on digital.- when i say brands - Kaleesuwari group, Saint Gobain, CavinKare, etc. - worked directly with the founders and the agency's clients - also learnt to pitched and convert clients for the first time in life- hung out at office a lot and made some great friends

- Subbu, the founder handed us a channel while asking us to have a blast- we went from 0 to 3 million+ hits with zero budgets in just 14 months. - Plot twist – the fame rolled in after our grand exit. So close, yet so far from turning into YouTube legends. - the channel's still lurking out there but I won't tell you too much about it apart from the fact that it was a rollercoaster of learning and absurdity.

- Realised that MadMen and advertising in India were very different from each other- Didn't do much for the first 4 months- One of my ideas made it to a billboard during the last couple of months and I also got a certificate that gave me the confidence to go grab a bunch of other opportunities.
