About Jeanot Muster, Cmar

I have extensive experience in the life sciences industry, holding serveral different roles over time such as a vivarium technician, senior scientist, core director, equipment manager/trainer/repair, principal investigator, IT specialist, infrastructure manager, building & engineering, and facilities manager which allows me to effectively communicate and detail short term strategies and long term goals to scientific staff in understandable terms, and likewise from the staff to senior leadership, having experienced all the various angles allowing me to understand their needs and concerns and again effectively communicate and gain the support of those it is needed from. My experience is in facilities management is with multi-disciplinary teams having several tiers of staff, reporting to departments under facilities such as operations, building & engineering, purchasing, finance, security, move/add/change, while also directing and coordinating contracted staff (vendors, contractors, integrated project managers). I have overseen 1M+ sqft of space and led the construction of 750K+ sqft of space thus far.
