Responsible to lead the implementation of Programme for biodiversity Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) active in developing countries (ProBioDev) by IUCN French in collaboration with Small Islands Organisation (SMILO) to support Tanakeke Island's towards sustainable small island. This include collaboration with stakeholders to promote sustainable mangrove conservation and fisheries management through marine protected area, seaweed business development, designing strategies to enhance biodiversity, monitoring, and training initiatives.

My role include leading the mud crab monitoring, facilitating meetings, focus group discussions, and women's group sessions, and designing the coastal field school (training) program for the small scale capture fisheries.

Training or other capacity-building activities for Marine Protected Area (MPA) personnel and practitioners is part of input intervention in the MPA management framework. The evaluation focuses on knowledge and skill application in a real job situations using purposive random sampling. I was responsible to conducting interview with the targeted communities, distributing online form, and coordinating with targeted respondents in collecting their portfolio/document of competencies in marine protected area management.
