-Ensure tickets are closed with SLA-Response to Ivanti tickets in timely fashion-Commitment to service requests approval cycle-Cover all systems changes over Ivanti-Dispatching all Ivanti upcoming tickets for concerned IT teams-Reduce the resolution time.-Monthly update for Ivanti CI-weekly update for asset on CI (Retired, stock or/and production)-Tracking IT assets movement and record it in the CI-Scalable Inventory Reporting-ensure that IT controls is considered in delivering, receiving assets, loan requests, kiosk checklist…. And any other issues that related-Performing the IT Checklists for all Hikma plants (daily & weekly) at a timely manner-Follow up on all action plans set for audits to be covered based on the communicated standard including sites audit
