Drafted and Implemented Credit Sales Policies & Procedures.In a short span of time, the business has totally transformed, 90 % of bad debts have been recovered, and Sales is now against cent percent Cash. Banks' Liabilities have been reduced to minimal, Stock inventory is at manageable level. New Dealers have been inducted. Opened company maintained Life Style Emporiums across country to reposition the brand. Investments have been done to upgrade manufacturing plants. High Quality Ceramic & Porcelain tiles are now manufactured as per European Standards accredited by Centro Ceramico, Italy. Its Stock price has increased substantially.
