Since leaving Aramex, Mutasem starting a career as business coach and trainer offering services to various companies in the Middle East. These services include accounting health check, restructure, improvement, financial molding, digital archiving, Business Training and coaching, in addition to, Backoffice and shared services setup.In mid of 2020 till August 2021 Mutasem hold the position of Shared Services Director in Mawdoo3, the biggest Arabic content in internet and having the biggest AI Arabic Team in the MENA, working to build the needed functions in the Backoffice to serve Mawdoo3’s group exponential growth starting from finance, accounting, treasury and reporting along with payroll, admin, facility management and procurement.His work in Jordan, Egypt, KSA, Turkey and the UAE allowed him to manage multi-national, multi-function professionals. In addition to managing the respective country accounting teams, he also setup a regional accounting center that offers offshore services covering payroll, invoicing, financial reporting, treasury, inter-company reconciliations and digital archiving. His responsibilities as a leader of accounting teams and Finance Projects allowed him to gain extensive experience in leadership, Business Planning, Business Setup, operations, payroll, administration, human resources, financial modeling and process improvement. Currently Mutasem is a founder and managing director of MADA Consultants, business professional advisory helping businesses to do transformation and business development.Mutasem has a track record in building operations, teams, in additon to coaching & mentoring young professionals of various nationalities and ethnic backgrounds.
