Main Responsibilities:Tender Stage:•Review the tender documents to identify requirements. •Specify the sub-contractor packages.•Prepare the sub-contractor documents for pricing.•Solicit sub-contractor and vendor pricing.•Take off the quantities.•Detailed study of the project’s specification.•Estimate the 4 Ms (Manpower, Machines, Materials & Money).•Estimate the company overhead required.•Follow the competitor's status on the market.•Decide the project’s risk factor, margin profit and related considerations.•Prepare the technical package (pre-qualification, program of work , project organization chart, manpower histogram and cash flow). •Price the tender and prepare the commercial package.•Continuous development of the estimation formals based on the feedback from the running projects.Post Award Stage:•Review the main contract prior to Chairman's signature.•Procurement of material and sub-contractors for project.•Negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers on various particulars.•Draft the sub-contracts agreements.•Prepare the detailed program of work, manpower histogram, cash flow and project organization chart.Project Execution Stage:•Support the purchase and project team throughout the project execution.•Procurement and timely delivery of materials to projects.•Processing material submissions and review of shop drawings.•Detailed scheduling of time, tasks, manpower and cash flow.•Review, and monitor the development schedule and time line.•Monitor the cost and compare it with budgeted value and earned value.•Monitor cash in and cash out to control the possible overdraft.•Maintaining sub-contractor and supplier relationships.Key Achievements:•Played a key role in increasing the annual turnover for Raslan General Contracting from $50 Million in 2004 to $120 Million in 2009.•I guaranteed my employer a 15% average net profit in the period of 2004 to 2009 and successfully delivered.

Main Responsibilities:•Perform structural analysis and design for aluminum, glass and steel works. Ensure they meet strict safety, strength and quality guidelines. •Indicate the suitable aluminum section, depending on the structural analysis and design.•Establish, review and monitor programs of work, using Primavera Project Planner.•Preparing detail aluminum shop drawings for production.
