Program Development and Management:Design and oversee monthly mentor-mentee meetings and interactive sessions.Coordinate and host the recorded podcast segment with mentors and live audiences.2. Monitoring and Evaluation:Track the progress and outcomes of mentorship engagements.Collect feedback from mentors and mentees to improve the platform.Report on the platform's performance, growth metrics, and strategic goals.3. Leadership and Team Coordination:Lead and mentor the team supporting Mentors Parlour initiatives.Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure seamless execution of activities.Inspire and motivate the team to maintain alignment with the platform’s mission.
