- Technical leadership, responsible for evaluating and distributing tasks, negotiating deadlines and monitoring team resources.- Participation in customer deployments with performance monitoring and capacity reporting, including business, application, and hardware metrics.- Constant monitoring of a platform with more than 50 million active customers and billions of requests per day to guarantee the best non-functional aspects, identify bottlenecks or outliers and forecast expected growth.- Proofs of concept, participating from the kick-off to the final presentation to the client, including the installation of the environment, functional tests (sanity), performance/stress tests and workaround / troubleshooting along with the customer.- Assessments for software upgrades, working on the problems encountered and suggesting solutions. - Own applications and third parties tuning with platforms regarding software like Oracle, Java, and C ++. All of them in Unix O.S based high-end and/or virtualized hardware.
