Job Title: Site Engineer (Sep.2015 – Nov.2016) Project Name: FARM HOUSE Client: Abdul Wahid Hassan Al-Rostmani Job Description: • Responsible of site engineer tasks• Distribute the staff properly to ensure the best productivity to work• Checking form-work, Reinforcements for all construction elements• Perform all daily inspections and tests.• Follow up finishing materials quantities • Studying drawings and details of finishing • Responsible for all sites finishing work (block, plastering, tiling and painting)• Execution of all Roof work from foam concrete to installation of all MEP Equipment’s. • Spiral Staircase construction from form-work up to finishing• Construction of small Dome for prayer Room • Calculate concrete quantities, ordering concrete and casting• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement• Coordinate with the consultant’s for inspection and about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.• Preparing monthly Bills for subcontractors
