Responsible for End to End Recruitment (IT and Non IT) both internal and external.* Handling Middle and senior level assignments and close the position within deadline.* Prospecting right profiles for the given mandate through Internet search, Job Portals, Head Hunting and other resume mining Techniques.* Sourcing the right candidates having desired skills for the given Job specification using Boolean Search, Free/ paid Job Postings, Internal data bank, Referral pool and Mass Mailing.* Handle pre – HR interviews with the suitable candidates to validate their suitability, fitment and interest level with our respective client.* Submit and process the suitable resumes for further action with the respective client and coordinate with them on daily basis to arrange the interview for the shortlisted candidate profiles.* Ensuring close follow up with the candidates until they completes the interview process.* Hand holding the selected candidate till they joins with our esteemed client.* Take complete responsibility to close the critical Mandates based on the client’s Priority and deliver timely staffing solutions with our wide internal database.* Maintain cordial relationship with the Recruitment Managers to understand their preference and work towards in same direction mapping their preference.Excellent exposure to the job portals (Monster& Naukri), social portals like Facebook, Twitter, LinkledIn, Google job websites.
