- Checking the design is made as per standard and client requirement by checking the PM validation report and giving correction to the designer.- Checking all the measurement details are added as per PM validating report in the drawing- Checking the BOQ with the drawing to match the costing of the all the works- Checking the Drawing all the Acc and HWs are added as per client requirement and also checking the installation feasibility for those Acc and HW- Checking the Electrical, civil and plumbing details in the drawing which is given as per PM validation report- Calculating the Quantity for the Civil work and Services (False ceiling, Wallpaper, painting, Installation of Granite, tiles) and Adding Quantity for the Electrical work (Qty of lights, Installation details, Electrical points details, Primary and secondary points).- Ensuring the 2D and 3D is matching as per the client confirmation.- Giving design suggestion to the designers to do the zero error designs and also for the installation.
