Ensuring ex-employee full and final settlements plus relieving letters. • Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data, as required. • Update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, advising on legal framework, options and potential risks • File Custodian; Maintained Employee Personal files (Active/Inactive files), Audit Compliance. • Employee Relation activities: Handled Employee Grievance, R&R activities Creating letters (Offer letters / Promotion letters/ Termination letters and etc….)
